Couples looking for a retreat
Our stay was very nice. Each morning, we woke up to the most elaborate breakfast I've ever seen-homemade pastries, fresh fruits, and rich coffee, just the way I like it. I mean it felt like royalty. The lovely owner is warm and makes sure everything runs smooth. One night, we decided to have dinner there instead of going out, and it was beyond anything I expected, honestly it could've been a Michelin star meal in any restaurant. It was that good.
Sure, it wasn’t the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for, right?

The homemade breakfast was truly outstanding, especially the freshly baked pastries.
Upon arrival, I found the reception process quite confusing, as there was no one available to assist until we called for help. The communication about check-in times and after-hours support was lacking, leading to unnecessary stress. Additionally, the cleanliness of the outdoor seating areas left much to be desired. they were damp and uninviting, which was disappointing considering the lovely weather.

Staying at Château de Courtebotte was such a pleasure. The Treehouse offered stunning views over the river, and the spacious room made it perfect for relaxation. The manager's hospitality stood out. she provided fresh fruits from the garden upon arrival and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Breakfast was another highlight—each morning, it featured a fantastic spread that kept us energized for the day. On the downside, finding the hotel after hours was tricky. We also faced some noise from shared areas, which occasionally disrupted the tranquility we sought. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall charm and the wonderful ambiance make it a memorable stay.

Like, seriously, our stay was magical! Ayse welcomed us with a glass of local wine and made everything feel special, especially for my mom's birthday—totally above and beyond! The Patio Suite was giant, with the most gorgeous bathtub. Breakfast? Omg, I'm still dreaming of those homemade pastries! Such a fantastic vibe, can’t wait to come back!

Our group of friends had an amazing time! Exploring nearby vineyards like Chateau Palais Cardinal and Château de Candale was a blast. The pool kept us cool, and we loved playing table tennis. Breakfast was outstanding with local products. Isabelle was super helpful with recommendations, making our stay even better.
One night, the dinner was served at a communal table, which might not be for everyone looking for a more private experience.
